Abv: .% the first in a rotating double dry hopped pale ale featuring simcoe, azacca, & mosaic hops. Fermented with our house ipa yeast blend with a touch of wheat & a kiss of oats added to boost the body while aromatic bursts of fresh pine, tropical fruit, melon, citrus, & berry enlighten the senses. Light in abv but bold in hop aroma & flavor without being overly bitter

Abv: .% with it's golden color and creamy beige head, our pale ale is a slight departure from what you might be used to in a pale. We used all simcoe hops, and a lot of them! Hints of grapefruit and pine will hit your nose even before you take your first sip.

Abv: .% hazy, unfiltered weissbier segues from slightly tart blueberry into "white wedding" by billy idol. By the intro of public enemy's "fight the power" on side b. banana and a hint of spice are rounding out the mix. Put on your giant, wired headphones and get ready to hit 'record' at the perfect time, because here comes mixtape flashback

Abv: .% traditional dry irish stout with the addition of flaked oats for added body to support those classic, freshly roasted coffee, toffee, & dessert chocolate notes all wrapped up in a low abv package

Abv: .% an assertive, unabashed, & unapologetically lupulin laced double dry hopped ipa the double dose of citra, mosaic, & el dorado paired with our house ipa yeast blend provide aromatic bursts of peach, lychee, blueberry, & tropical fruit filled gushers in a below % abv package. We swear that no juice was harmed in the making of this beer.

Abv: .% this classic malt forward german lager was brewed with different varieties of malted barley to achieve maximum complexity featuring aromas of freshly baked raisin bread, fig, & cocoa dusted figs, drizzled caramel sweetness with a crisp & refreshing finish. Grab a few friends, hoist a pint, and prost!

Abv: .% tart berliner weisse with over lbs of boysenberry, blackberry, blueberry, & strawberry. Visually striking as it is jammy.

Abv: .% different malts including various munich & debittered black malts lay the base while a heavy addition of flaked barley provides a full body & cereal like quality to this dark & decadent delight after a hour boil, we added som e homemade marshmallow fluff. Once fermentation was complete, it was conditioned on lbs per barrel of french broad chocolate cocoa nibs, whole cinnamon stick & whole tahitian vanilla bean this combination presence a liquid s'more in your glass all the flavor without the mess!

Abv: .% we broke out the good stuff, and used a lot of it. We aggressively dry-hopped with the holy trinity of tropical hop blends (citra, mosaic, centennial). We ranked our favorite records outside the bright tank patiently waiting for the perfect straw-colored clarity and fragrant aroma to emerge. This crushable ipa was brewed to be widely requested and is bound to be played on repeat all summer long.

Abv: .% unfiltered & dry hopped italian style pilsner (the germans don't approve of dry hopping so in short, an italian pilsner is a german style pilsner that has been dry hopped) hit with a modest amount of american & noble german hops & brewed with % german pilsner malt, this super clean, light, floral, slightly fruity and crushable pils is just what we want after a long day.

Abv: .% traditional belgian witbier w/ an appalachian twist using pilsner malt & appalachian wheat from friends over at riverbend malt house. We added freshly cracked organic coriander before fermenting this ale with our house belgian yeast blend for nearly a month to achieve our level of preferred dryness. Once complete it was conditioned on organic orange peel & zest for several days. The citrus, the spice, & our expressive yeast blend create something truly remarkable that could only exist in our beautiful appalachian mountains.

Abv: .% starting with a traditional irish dry stout, we transferred the beer onto whole sumatran coffee beans, yielding a light-bodied, low-alcohol brew with a beautifully familiar aroma

Abv: % this ddh dipa was made with barley, flaked caca, munich & vienna malts which provide a nice bready toasty background for the double dose of different hop varietals: cascade, citra, mosaic, el dorado, ekuanot, azacca, & simcoe. It has all the features of a classic ipa with new school flavor body & aromas of citrus pine, mixed berry, mango & papaya that will satisfy any ipa lovers' palate!

Abv: .% we brewed up a simple blonde ale then added beautiful complexity with an infusion of kenyan kibugu coffee from out friends at pennycup coffee co. Next, we added cacao nibs to further complicate the mix. The result was a less-than-simple coffee chocolate blonde ale. The beer pours a dark straw color and the aroma of fresh brewed coffee will greet your nose. The sip starts sweet, but the bitterness of the chocolate will linger on your tongue

Abv: .I% we won't sugar coat it this beer is a beast. An unapologetically robust scotch ale with aggressive additions of peat-smoked malt, roasts toffee coffee and (yes) a light smoke flavor throughout. With deep raisin and sweet booziness on the finish without a doubt leaves very little to the imagination

Abv: .% there's a story of a man. A man who dreamed of bones. but had no idea what it would become. Taking a break from dreaming, the man is said to have mowed a lawn at am. Not a lawn that was his, nor for the purposes of landscaping simply to mow and mow he did. This beer is for him. Nightmowing is a traditional bavarian hefe- weizen, brewed with a special yeast strain and massive amounts of wheat. Cloudy with a soft mouthfeel, banana mows over the palate at the perfect speed in this insanely drinkable beer.

Abv: .% we heard you! Our got 'em ipa has been one of our most popular beers since our opening. This golden four-malt blend with heaps of crisp centennial hops has become a favorite of our hop-headed friends. But at nearly % abv, we felt stylistically that our got 'em was just a bit too strong. We toned back the abv while keeping all of that fresh hoppy goodness that you've come to love. The result is our newest ipa: next of kin. More refreshing! More drinkable! You can enjoy more of a less guilty pleasure!

Abv: .% back where it all started. She was once a greasy spoon, a hub for ladies of the night, and, on occasion, the french broad river's overflow parking. In , she became our home. and eventually an asheville icon. In honor of our sadly demolished original location, this beer was made tragically crushable through a subdued malt bill and crisp mouthfeel. Light pear esters and subtle hop character set up shop in this straw-colored kolsch-style beer. Don't cry for riverside, she'd want us to keep it light.

Abv: .%. Nobody's perfect. It's a universal truth. But sometimes mistakes lead to victories, and here's one of ours. When we set out to make "heat lamp (our scorching pineapple habanero ipa, honoring one of our flagship rib flavors), we were uncharacteristically coy with the pepper additions. After tasting the result of our timidity, we realized we'd accidentally created a perfect crowd-pleaser if there ever was one. This fragrant and tropical ipa doesn't skimp on the hops. Generous, gradual additions of centennial hops brightens up the jammy sweetness of tropical fruits to create a well-balanced, high abv beer meant to be enjoyed guilt-free.

Abv: .% helles (pronounced hell-us) translates to light one- referring to the color only. This light-colored lager is elegant in its simplicity: one kind of malt, one or two kinds of hops. However, this beer is difficult to brew properly. The result is a light colored lager which is actually quite full-bodied. It is not quite as hoppy as a pilsner. The accent is on the malt. It has the lager smoothness, with very little hop aroma.

Abv: % oktoberfest beer has a medium amber color (orange). It is very malty with low bitterness and little hop aroma. It is not overly sweet.

Abv: .% two hawkeyes (who also happen to be best friends & sisters) ended up in north carolina and opened a brewery along the way. It's foolish to think there wouldn't be an lowa beer. Our amber is perfect for a kinnick gameday... particularly for the only die-hard fans on earth crazy enough to kick off an epic tailgate before dawn a variety of caramel and chocolate malts are the star players in this easy-drinking amber ale. Broad and copper-colored like an iowa sunset. Hawkeye tailgate balances a sturdy malt bill with a trio of hops. The result is a beer that can be passed around and championed over and over again.

Abv: .% ok so.. you're nice. You're really cute and nice. But there's someone else. They're funky and fresh, and they team with the essence of life. Born in a farmhouse, they command a palatable country mystique. They're stuck in my head and i can't get them out, so....I love you, but i've chosen saison. This refreshing beer is perfect for a hot summer day. French for 'season, belgian farmers once used their spare time in the winter months when their labor-load was light to brew...using ingredients readily on hand. Saisons pour yellow-orange with a lingering head, moderate carbonation, and a unique flavor. With a bit of orange peel and a special strain of yeast, this ale as hints of citrus and spice.

Because this moment simply is...And so it goes. -kurt vonnegut this ancient sour has endured for centuries due to a unique and refreshing profile. Brewed with % wheat malt, our gose's cloudy appearance flaunts complexity. Inoculated with lactobacillus, it's lemony tartness energizes and motivates the palate. Finally, an addition of salt and crushed coriander round out this thirst-quenching ode to acceptance.
